At Carrying Pets, we aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return your product for a refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached.

Returns are accepted within 15 days for specific brands, and certain items like pet beds and custom products are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and some products may incur restocking fees.

Once your return is processed, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
